John
Redmond

President

John started Redmond Construction Corp in 2013 as a firm focused on interior tenant improvement work. The company has grown to find its niche partnering with the startup and emerging growth businesses that make up Chicago’s vibrant tech scene. His leadership style and company culture are well-aligned with Chicago’s entrepreneurial world, and building genuine relationships with clients is at the core of the business. John is personally responsible for bringing on notable tech sector clients such as Pinterest, G2 Crowd, and Steelbrick, along with partnering with some of Chicago's leading real estate and tenant advisory groups.

Brad
Malouf

Partner: Project Director

Coming from an architect/engineering background, Brad brings an ability to visualize a project, and thoroughly understand construction documents and the minds behind them. This provides a unique advantage to every project he’s leading. Brad attended the University of Illinois for his BS in Architectural Studies and went on to complete a Master of Architecture in Champaign-Urbana. He has worked on a truly diverse range of projects, from modern office space renovations, to school labs, to efficient health care facilities. His attention to detail and solid understanding of architectural and engineering processes makes him an asset for any client as a project manager and liaison.

Jamie
Redmond

Director of Operations

Jamie comes from a planning and digital strategy background, and she joined RCC in 2017 to lead operations and develop strategic partnerships. Jamie holds a BFA in Interior Design and an MA & MS from University of Wisconsin-Madison for her graduate work in Environmental Planning & Policy. In additional to managing RCC’s daily operations, she is focused on piloting RCC’s mentorship, scholarship, and community engagement initiatives. Jamie is working with women from across the AEC industry to develop inclusion and diversity programming and promote opportunities for women and minorities to succeed in construction. Building an equitable future is central to RCC’s corporate values.
