Redmond

President

After growing up in the construction industry, John started Redmond Construction Corp in 2013. RCC started as a firm focused on interior tenant improvement work. The company has grown to find its niche partnering with the startup and emerging growth businesses that make up Chicago’s vibrant tech scene. His leadership style and company culture are well-aligned with Chicago’s entrepreneurial world, and building genuine relationships with clients is at the core of the business. John is personally responsible for bringing on notable tech sector clients such as Pinterest, G2 Crowd, and Steelbrick, along with partnering with some of Chicago's leading real estate and tenant advisory groups.

Brad
Malouf

Managing Partner & Project Manager

Coming from an architect/engineering background, Brad brings an ability to visualize a project, and thoroughly understand construction documents and the minds behind them. This provides a unique advantage to every project he’s leading. Brad attended the University of Illinois for his BS in Architectural Studies and went on to complete a Master of Architecture in Champaign-Urbana. He has worked on a truly diverse range of projects, from modern office space renovations, to school labs, to efficient health care facilities. His attention to detail and solid understanding of architectural and engineering processes makes him an asset for any client as a project manager and liaison.

Jamie
Redmond

Director of Marketing & Strategy

Jamie comes from a policy and digital strategy background, and she joined RCC in 2017 to lead the marketing team and develop strategic partnerships. She is focused on piloting RCC’s new mentorship, scholarship, and community engagement initiatives. Jamie attended University of Wisconsin-Madison for graduate school, completed a double masters program focused on Environmental Policy & Planning, and now teaches Urban Sustainability as an adjunct at UIC. Her experience working at the intersection of sustainability, strategy, and academia allows her to apply various lenses to the RCC narrative and brand, and to promote the values RCC shares with clients and partners.

Michael
Hedges

Senior Project Manager

Michael attended the University of Texas at Austin and started his career with one of nation’s largest construction firms before joining RCC with broad experience leading diverse projects. His tenure in the construction and real estate industries spans 12 years, including, most recently, six years working as an owner’s representative. He has led teams on projects ranging from small interior build outs and historic restoration projects to ground up corporate campuses and health care facilities.

Neil
Ebaugh

Director of Field Operations

Neil has managed a diverse portfolio of projects in the Chicago metro area, as well as national projects across the U.S. With experience leading construction and national rollout for fortune 500 brands. Neil is comfortable with managing all types of projects at different stages of completion. His hands-on management style, in combination with his conscientious approach, makes for a painless and productive project. Prior to joining RCC, Neil spent 7 years as a project manager with one of the midwest's largest General Contractors.

VP of Manpower

Prior to joining Redmond Construction Corp with John jr., John Redmond sr. was a small business owner running his own residential construction firm. Before opening his residential firm, John sr. spent 30 years as union carpenter, with experience in both commercial and residential construction. John sr. acted as both a foreman and superintendent for over 2 Million SF of commercial space for clients such as Jewel-Osco and Motorola. His deep knowledge of the trades are a guiding force for the RCC field team.
