Redmond Construction Corp has finished construction on the new Codeverse flagship school in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Redmond built a “hackable classroom” for Codeverse – a startup focused on teaching children worldwide coding and computer literacy. The space is located at 819 W. Eastman Street and incorporates touch-screen sign-in, a 20’ TV wall, robotic arms and other high tech gadgets.

RCC announced two new additions to their team, Jamie Redmond as Director of Marketing & Strategy, and Michael Hedges as Senior Project Manager. Jamie comes from a policy and digital strategy background, and will be leading RCC’s strategic partnerships as well as their new scholarship and community engagement initiatives. Michael has been in the construction and real estate industries for 12 years including, most recently, six years working as an owners representative. He has led teams on projects ranging from small interior build outs to ground up corporate campuses.
