Robert has more than nine years of experience in commercial interior construction in Chicago. His career at Redmond began in 2015 as a laborer during his summer breaks in college, and he climbed the ranks over the years to Project Manager II before joining the Operations Team. As a Project Manager, Robert successfully led the buildout of some of Redmond’s most notable projects, including Billtrust, PerkSpot, and Codeverse, and managed some of the firm’s largest accounts to date. He’s played a leading role in developing internal standards and resources for financial tracking across the entire company.

Robert’s educational background in finance and construction management, experience in commercial construction from both the field and office perspectives, and strong relationships with subcontractors and long-standing clients makes him knowledgeable, trustworthy, and approachable. As Finance & Operations Manager, he works directly with Redmond’s Leadership Team to oversee project and corporate finances while ensuring Redmond remains a leader in transparency, profitability, and collaboration with trade and project partners.
