Several members of Redmond’s Leadership Team recently received well deserved promotions. Brad, Jamie, Lou, and Tom have contributed to Redmond’s growth in ways that are impossible to quantify, and we are grateful to have their leadership and expertise at the forefront of our growing firm.

Brad Malouf has been promoted to President.

Brad joined Redmond in 2016 and quickly emerged as a trusted leader at our company and across the industry. His architectural background and exceptional work ethic have made him a driving force behind Redmond’s success, and his level of commitment to team members and clients is second to none. Brad has led Redmond’s largest tenant interior projects to date, which most recently includes MoLo Solutions and Tock Headquarters, while being one of the leading faces of the firm and playing a huge role in business development efforts.

Jamie Redmond has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Jamie is one of just a few female construction executives in Chicago, and her efforts to build an inclusive culture at our firm are recognized internally as well as across the AEC industry and the city. Since joining the team in 2017, Jamie has scaled Redmond from a true start up to 44 total employees (& counting!). Jamie continues to refine and grow the operational aspects of the firm across the board, from recruiting and hiring to offering first-class benefits and creating a fun and welcoming corporate environment for all.

Lou Ricciardi has been promoted to Vice President.

Since joining Redmond in 2019, Lou has played a critical role in winning and leading some of our largest landlord redevelopment projects to date. He also is a trusted leader and dedicated mentor to the Project Team, and commits a large portion of his time nurturing relationships across the AEC industry. He has overseen nearly 400,000 SF of work at Redmond, which includes the 22,000 SF building repositioning for Human Capital Research Corporation’s new headquarters – truly a first of its kind project for Redmond.

Tom O’Neill has been promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction.

Tom joined the firm in 2017 and has done an incredible job of leading the development and growth of the Estimating Team from the ground up. His organizational skills, overall expertise in preconstruction and budgeting, and position as a leader across the industry have been critical to our ability to win work week over week. Tom’s involvement with ASA Chicago played a large factor in our selection as General Contractor of the Year in 2021, and his relationship building efforts across the industry are at the center of our success.
