New Job Opening: Marketing Manager

What we need:

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead digital and direct marketing. Ideal candidates will have experience in the construction, architecture, and commercial real estate industry. Proficiency with Creative Suite, specifically InDesign & Photoshop, is required. We are looking for someone with big ideas who is willing to dive in and get to work on day one.

Qualifications:

Experience

No degree required, but significant experience with graphic design and marketing for construction, architecture, and commercial real estate industries is a must. Digital media and design will be a critical aspect of this role, as well as the ability to manage social media accounts. We work with an outside creative firm on brand development and assets, and this role will interface regularly with that team as well as a 3rd party developer and photographer. Communication, organization, and quick decision making are critical. This role will report directly to the Operations Executive, as well as the broader leadership team.

Responsibilities

-Define and execute Redmond’s marketing activities

-Coordinate all marketing assets for proposals, social media and branded site environments

-Collaborate with Project and Field teams to standardize brand asset use

-Lead digital marketing to promote company news, events, and campaigns

-Track performance of all marketing campaigns

Technical

-Microsoft Office Suite

-Google Suite

-Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop & InDesign

-Wordpress or similar (not required)

Compensation:

$55,000 annual salary, paid bi-weekly

401k plan with 50% match
