Welcome Zak Kiepura, Project Engineer II
A graduate of Purdue University, Zak brings nearly five years of experience in commercial construction. He has worked on projects in the interiors, healthcare, manufacturing, and recreation markets, with notable projects including Bank of America Headquarters where he assisted in overseeing the buildout of roughly 525,000 SF of interior space, along with Sterling Bay Headquarters and the Esperanza Healthcare Center. Most recently, Zak completed a series of capital improvement and landlord projects at Willis Tower, 401 N Michigan, and 1 S Dearborn.
Zak brings a relationship-focused and detail-oriented approach to Redmond’s Project Team, with an enthusiasm for maintaining client and subcontractor relationships and passion for procurement. We look forward to his future growth with Team Redmond!
Welcome Hannah Cole, Project Engineer I
Hannah recently graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies with an emphasis on Interior Design along with a minor in Construction Management.
Hannah’s strong organizational skills, ability to work in fast paced environments, and passion for meeting new people and maintaining client relationships make her a stellar addition to Redmond’s Project Team. We are thrilled to have Hannah part of the team and look forward to her beginning her career at Redmond!
Welcome Luke Miller, Superintendent I
Luke brings more than eight years of field experience in commercial construction. His portfolio encompasses a range of projects including corporate interior buildouts, dispensaries, medical offices, and high end restaurants for notable clients including the Foxtail and Wahlburgers.
Prior to beginning his commercial career, Luke worked for a national paving company and ran multiple crews regionally for its Chicago Division. Luke brings a calm and collected attitude with a detail oriented and relationship focused approach to Redmond’s Field Team. He has a passion for problem solving and enjoys the constant change that comes with being in the field. We are grateful for the expertise Luke brings to the team and look forward to his growth with us!
