Zak brings more than five years of experience in commercial construction to the team. He has worked on projects in the interiors, healthcare, manufacturing, and recreation markets, with notable projects including Bank of America Headquarters where he assisted in overseeing the buildout of roughly 525,000 SF of interior space, along with Sterling Bay Headquarters, Esperanza Healthcare Center and TYLin. Most recently, Zak completed a series of interior buildouts at 320 N Sangamon, including Syntellis and Applied Systems.

Zak brings a relationship focused and detail oriented approach to Redmond’s Project Team, with an enthusiasm for maintaining client and trade partner relationships and passion for procurement. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Building Construction Management.
