Wilson Dow is a creative production agency that partners with leading brands across the globe to design and deliver live experiences that engage, educate, and inspire audiences. The company recently announced the move of its Chicago headquarters to 800 W Fulton, where it will lean into the hustle and bustle of the burgeoning Fulton Market neighborhood to continue to innovate and produce groundbreaking ideas. We are excited to work alongside Partners by Design and Cresa on the buildout of Wilson Dow, which will provide the award-winning agency with an inspiring and energetic headquarters to produce its most creative work.
Duff & Phelps (10 S Wacker)
Redmond is excited to collaborate with HKS and Avison Young on Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co.’s new Chicago office at 10 S Wacker. Duff & Phelps is a well-respected investment management firm that has been headquartered in Chicago since 1932. The company’s new office will be distinctively crafted to commemorate this remarkable history and strong reputation, with design inspired by themes of trusted reliability, timeless sophistication, and distinctive quality.
Turf Design Office & Experience Center (Merchandise Mart)
Redmond is thrilled to be working alongside geniant + Eastlake Studio on another showroom buildout—this time for Turf, a leading provider of acoustic solutions. Turf’s Design Office & Flagship Experience Center at the Merchandise Mart will display its innovative and creative acoustic products in an expansive environment that illustrates the possibilities of acoustic design in commercial spaces.
Turf’s showroom marks the fourth showroom buildout for Redmond over the last two years. Our team has become true experts at building these types of projects, where design and function must balance numerous demands for working, showcasing products, and entertaining clients while communicating a cohesive brand throughout.

WHAT WE’VE BEEN UP TO
Redmond Summer Soirée: Foundation Fundraiser & 10 Year Party
We hosted our annual Redmond Summer Soirée in early June, where we not only raised funds for the Redmond Foundation, but also celebrated our 10th year in business. More than 225 professionals across Chicago’s architecture, design, and commercial real estate industry attended the event, which was hosted at 800 W Fulton.
We are happy to share that this was a record breaking year, with more than $50,000 raised for the Redmond Foundation!
A huge thank you goes to our sponsors and all those who attended the event. We couldn’t do this without you and we are already counting down the days until next year’s celebration!
Purchase ¡SALUD! & Support the Next Generation
Redmond’s very own Brad Malouf collaborated with Casa Humilde Cerveceria to brew a special beer for this year’s Soirée—a refreshing Wheat Ale made with ginger, lime, and lemongrass. A perfect blend for summer!
We have plenty of four packs of ¡SALUD! available for purchase, and a portion of the proceeds from beer sales benefit the Redmond Foundation. Click below to purchase yours! We will reach out afterward to coordinate pick up.
Earlier this year, Redmond Safety Director Jeff Jacobucci took nearly our entire team through CPR training. We are working to become 100% certified across all the board, and we recognize how critical this training is to saving lives. Thank you Jeff for your commitment to making sure Redmond has the safest work environment possible!
Professional Women in Construction
Jamie Redmond was featured as the Member Spotlight for the Professional Women in Construction’s Chicago Chapter in the spring, and we hosted the organization’s April Member Connect at the Fellowes Design & Experience Center when it was still under construction at 800 W Fulton.
Sponsorships & Corporate Giving
We’ve been grateful to sponsor numerous events this year for leading industry and nonprofit organizations across Chicago, including Make-a-Wish Illinois, DIFFA, IIDA, and ASA Chicago.
To celebrate Pride Month, we matched up to $1,000 in donations to the Center on Halsted—which we’ve done every pride month for the past several years. We are proud to support the Center in its efforts to secure the health and well-being of LGBTQ people across Chicago.
Crain’s Chicago Business Fast50
For the fourth consecutive year, Redmond was named to Crain’s Chicago Business Fast 50 list, which recognizes the top 50 fastest-growing private companies in Chicago. With a 5-year growth in revenue of 1,232%, Redmond placed No. 19, and was the highest ranking general contractor to make the list. Thank you to each member of Team Redmond for your commitment to the growth and success of our company, as well as our clients, partners, and friends for putting your trust and support in us!
