WHAT WE’VE BEEN UP TO

Redmond Summer Soirée: Foundation Fundraiser & 10 Year Party

We hosted our annual Redmond Summer Soirée in early June, where we not only raised funds for the Redmond Foundation, but also celebrated our 10th year in business. More than 225 professionals across Chicago’s architecture, design, and commercial real estate industry attended the event, which was hosted at 800 W Fulton.

We are happy to share that this was a record breaking year, with more than $50,000 raised for the Redmond Foundation!

A huge thank you goes to our sponsors and all those who attended the event. We couldn’t do this without you and we are already counting down the days until next year’s celebration!

Purchase ¡SALUD! & Support the Next Generation

Redmond’s very own Brad Malouf collaborated with Casa Humilde Cerveceria to brew a special beer for this year’s Soiréea refreshing Wheat Ale made with ginger, lime, and lemongrass. A perfect blend for summer!

We have plenty of four packs of ¡SALUD! available for purchase, and a portion of the proceeds from beer sales benefit the Redmond Foundation. Click below to purchase yours! We will reach out afterward to coordinate pick up.

Safety First!

Earlier this year, Redmond Safety Director Jeff Jacobucci took nearly our entire team through CPR training. We are working to become 100% certified across all the board, and we recognize how critical this training is to saving lives. Thank you Jeff for your commitment to making sure Redmond has the safest work environment possible!

Professional Women in Construction

Jamie Redmond was featured as the Member Spotlight for the Professional Women in Construction’s Chicago Chapter in the spring, and we hosted the organization’s April Member Connect at the Fellowes Design & Experience Center when it was still under construction at 800 W Fulton.

Sponsorships & Corporate Giving

We’ve been grateful to sponsor numerous events this year for leading industry and nonprofit organizations across Chicago, including Make-a-Wish Illinois, DIFFA, IIDA, and ASA Chicago.

To celebrate Pride Month, we matched up to $1,000 in donations to the Center on Halstedwhich we’ve done every pride month for the past several years. We are proud to support the Center in its efforts to secure the health and well-being of LGBTQ people across Chicago.
