Kristen joined Team Redmond in 2021, and she has worked diligently to position the firm as a market leader with a strong, recognizable brand. She works closely with Redmond’s Leadership, Preconstruction, Project, and Operations teams to ensure a top quality brand experience for all project partners. Kristen has played a critical role in organizing and promoting events that contribute to Redmond’s outstanding company culture and foster authentic relationships with partners.
Beyond the excellent work she does at Redmond, Kristen is also committed to advancing DEI efforts in both the AEC industry and corporate world as a whole. This year, she was named to the Board of Female Strong, a nonprofit that offers hands-on programs, mentorship, and experiences that build confidence in middle and high school girls. She also serves at the Chair of the organization’s Young Professionals Committee.
