An exciting milestone has been reached in the construction process for Human Capital Research Corporation’s new Chicago headquarters!

Earlier this month, Redmond hoisted structural steel to the roof of the building, which included the installation of a steel bar joist and decking for the new raised amenity roof deck. The next step in the process is to install the building’s new roof system.

The completion of this phase of the project allows us to button up the building envelope and officially start the interior buildout of this 21,248 SF project at all levels. We can’t wait to see this space come to life and to show you the full transformation of the structure from a former residential building to a multi-level corporate headquarters and private residence.

This project is being led by the Redmond Team of Lou Ricciardi, Giacomo Tusa, Joe Cortese, Mike Caveney, and Luke Miller, with oversight from Redmond’s Safety Director Jeff Jacobucci. Project partners include Griskelis Young HarrellHBK EngineeringMcGuire Engineers, and ROCKEY Structures.
