We are excited to share that Juan Melendez has been promoted to Assistant Estimator!
Juan joined Redmond as part of our 2022 Summer Internship Program as an Estimating Intern after graduating from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Civil Engineering.
Working alongside Redmond’s Estimating Team, Juan played a critical part in pricing projects and coordinating with subcontractors over the summer, often working under high pressure and tight deadlines. His ability to quickly pick up tricks of the trade and his enthusiasm for the role shined through over the past 12 weeks, and ultimately led to his promotion to a full-time member of the Estimating Team.
We look forward to Juan’s growth with our team, and we are grateful for all his hard work and contributions to such a critical component of Redmond’s work.
