As we continue to celebrate our 10th year in business, Redmond is proud to announce the official opening of our Denver office.
The new office, located at 1331 19th Street, will bring our award-winning service and culture to the growing Denver market while allowing us to continue providing clients in Chicago with the high-quality experience they’ve come to expect from one of the Midwest’s best commercial general contractors. The Denver office will be led by industry veterans Mark Fenton (Principal) and Frank Floss (Senior Superintendent), who will be joined by Giacomo Tusa (Senior Project Manager), who relocated from Redmond’s Chicago headquarters. The trio will focus on delivering the highest standard of service to clients and project partners. They each bring deep expertise in corporate office, lab & life science, and development projects. Under their leadership, they will position Redmond as a valuable resource to owners and tenants throughout Denver.
Our expansion to Denver is part of a strategic plan focused on providing a premier experience and deep expertise to clients in emerging and diverse markets. We have already received a warm welcome from Denver’s business and CRE communities, and we are active on several corporate interior projects in the city and surrounding municipalities.
