Recently Completed: 17th Floor Spec Suites

Redmond recently completed the buildout of three spec suites on the 17th floor of 515 N State in River North. With a modern design and unique architectural elements, each suite features a mix of open and private offices, a pantry, and spaces for collaboration. Lou Ricciardi, Robert Braun, Dan Gallo, and Steve Maentz did an incredible job leading the team for Redmond!

After completing Spec Suite 1750, our partners at RealtyAds relocated their office to the space. Redmond made renovations to the existing conditions to meet the needs of the RealtyAds team, who officially moved in this spring.
