As one of the largest roofing and vinyl siding wholesale distributors in the U.S., ABC Supply needed a Chicago office space that would compliment their scale and corporate culture. Redmond partnered with Griskelis Young Harrell to create a space spanning 40k SF at 300 S. Riverside Plaza. This stunning high rise provides employees with a mix of open workstations, private offices, conference rooms, and a large amenity space. This was Redmond’s second project awarded and completed at 300 S Riverside in 2019.
