Recently Completed: Appraisal Institute

Redmond recently partnered with Lumen Workplace, BOX Studios, and RIGHTSIZE to complete Appraisal Institute’s new office, expanding our portfolio of tenant improvement projects at 200 W Madison.

The office boasts great views of the Loop. Large glass fronts allow natural light to pour deep into the floorplate, highlighting the custom millwork while bringing more energy and vitality to the space.

Thank you to our additional partners, Kent Consulting Engineers and JLL, for their collaboration – together we were able to complete the project on time and met the challenging budget.
