In collaboration with Charlie Greene Studio, Redmond recently completed the 43,000 SF buildout of Farmers Business Network’s (FBN) new Fulton Market office. The office occupies the 1st, 3rd and 4th floors of 1320 Fulton, a historic brick and timber office building that was built more than a century ago.

Each floor of the office is designed with a different focus in mind, with reception and smaller collaboration areas on the first floor; workstations and numerous public/private collaboration areas on the third floor; and larger conferencing and training areas on the fourth floor. Design was focused on accentuating the existing loft conditions of the buildings, emphasizing the tall open ceilings and highlighting old wooden joists throughout. The existing masonry on the third floor was sandblasted to give it a refreshed and finished look.

The Redmond team of Liza Camacho, Danny Gallo, Lou Ricciardi, and Bill Booth did a phenomenal job bringing this complex project to the finish line. Alvarez & Marsal, Madison Rose, Cambia, Thomas Interiors, Capricorn Diversified Systems, and Kent Consulting were excellent partners to us, and we are so grateful for their continued trust in Redmond!
