Recently Completed: KDM Engineering Headquarters

Redmond recently completed the interior buildout of KDM Engineering’s new headquarters at 1308 N Elston on Goose Island. Spanning the third, fourth, and fifth floors, the office totals 36,000 SF and features private offices, open desking, conference and huddle rooms, an executive suite, and an entertainment area with stadium seating.

Geometric shapes and patterns with bright pops of color create an industrial tech feel within the space. The mix of light woods, concrete, and black aluminum materials throughout the office further enforce the modern and unique design. With tall windows throughout, the loft space receives tons of natural light and provides team members with a stunning view of the Chicago skyline to create an inspiring workplace.
