Redmond recently expanded our Project Team with the addition of Jennifer Kotz and Michael Stevens! We are thrilled to have both of these seasoned industry professionals join the team.
Jennifer joins Redmond as a Project Executive.
Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and brings a breadth of expertise and leadership skills to Redmond’s Project Team. She spent the last decade climbing the ranks from Project Manager to Project Executive at a Chicago-based commercial General Contractor.
To date, Jennifer has overseen more than 1 million SF of construction projects, with experience working on a range of project types including corporate, medical office, banking, retail, residential, and industrial. She’s worked with notable clients including Byline Bank, Slalom Consulting, Teach for America, Ralph Lauren, and Wirtz Beverage Company. Her portfolio includes projects throughout Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, as well as in additional markets including Houston and St. Louis.
Michael joins Redmond as Project Manager II.
Michael brings more than 12 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, having served as a Project Engineer and Project Manager at large companies across the Midwest. To date, he has managed more than 250,000 SF of construction projects for large technology, logistics, and staffing firms including Oracle, CommScope, and the YWCA.
Michael’s extensive experience provides him with a strong understanding of the project management process from start to finish for commercial construction projects, and he is adept at finding solutions and overcoming challenges to deliver projects on time and on budget.
