Welcome Brendan Toolan, Superintendent I
Brendan brings more than 10 years of experience in commercial and residential construction management to Redmond’s Field Team, with a diverse portfolio that includes tenant interiors, hospitality, and luxury homes. His experience includes the 15,000 SF full floor interior buildout for Workbox, the three-floor, 32,000 SF interior buildout of US Xpress, and the 22,000 SF interior buildout of Wolters Kluwer.
Brendan’s broad experience provides him with a deep understanding of building systems. He brings an adaptable, detail oriented approach to the team.
Welcome Brenda Delgado, Assistant Project Accountant
Brenda brings more than seven years of experience in accounting. She previously worked at Pharmacann as an AP Specialist, handling the accounting on cannabis inventory for dispensaries across multiple states throughout the Midwest and East Coast. She also spent several years working on the accounting team for Martin Nissan.
Brenda brings an organized and consistent approach to Redmond’s Operations Team, and her expertise will be critical to supporting our accounting department as Redmond continues to expand.
We are excited to have these two aboard and look forward to their growth with Team Redmond.
