Andy has been involved in the preconstruction and estimating process for over $300 million of Chicagoland’s potential new construction since joining Redmond. He is a true professional in pricing projects, interfacing with subcontractors, and supporting the overall strategic and organizational efforts of Redmond’s Project Team. He is commonly requested by name from repeat clients for the exemplary service he provides in guiding projects through conception to completion and focusing the preconstruction process.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems and was involved in several large confidential healthcare IT infrastructure projects before joining the team.
