Brad Malouf

President & Partner

Brad joined Redmond in 2016. Over the years, he has climbed the ranks from Project Manager to President due to his leadership, commitment, and vision for what a construction company should value. Brad oversees the success of Redmond’s entire project team, leading the way in securing new business while ensuring all projects are completed to client standards and mentoring team members along the way. As a Licensed Architect, Brad brings the ability to visualize a project and thoroughly understand construction documents. He has worked on a diverse range of projects, from modern office renovations to complex labs and efficient healthcare facilities.

Beyond being an accomplished executive, Brad is a beloved and trusted leader at Redmond. He displays an uncommon level of commitment to clients and employees alike. Brad has mentored countless employees, from their first day at Redmond through their promotions to management roles. He finds unlimited time to spend with Redmond employees, teaching, guiding, and challenging them to understand technical issues and the reason behind them. His commitment to employees’ success is only rivaled by his commitment to clients’ happiness. Longtime clients will attest to his genuine enthusiasm and excitement to solve problems, and to his unparalleled drive to deliver the best possible experience on their projects. 

Brad serves on the Board of Directors for the Redmond Foundation and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. He spends his time outside of work caring for animals in need, and he is a frequent volunteer for Chicago Canine Rescue, Mission Compassion Paw, Animal Care & Control, and One Tail at a Time.

Brad attended the University of Illinois where he received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and went on to complete a Master of Architecture. He received his Architectural License in 2021.
