Juan joined Redmond in the summer of 2022 as an Estimating Intern after graduating from the University of Michigan, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Civil Engineering. His ability to quickly pick up the tricks of the trade along with his enthusiasm for the role led to him being promoted to a full-time member of Redmond’s Estimating Team at the end of his internship.

Juan previously worked for the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenter Apprentices and Training Program and joined the union as a carpenter apprentice.
