With a passion for the built environment, Kristen brings strong expertise in marketing and storytelling and an enthusiasm for cultivating authentic relationships across the AEC industry. She oversees all marketing and business development efforts firmwide, and has led the way in establishing and evolving Redmond’s brand to reflect the firm’s growth into a leading general contractor in the Chicago and Denver markets and beyond. Kristen developed and implemented the marketing strategy behind various milestones, including a company rebrand in 2021, expansion to the Denver market in 2022, and Redmond’s 10-year anniversary in 2023. She works closely with leadership to create and track new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with strategic partners to grow relationships.

Kristen’s passion lies in being a champion for the next generation of female leaders. She serves as a Board Member for Female Strong, a nonprofit committed to offering hands-on programs, mentorship, and experiences that build confidence in middle and high school girls.
