Lou has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. His past experience includes the management of 1.2 million square feet of Tenant Improvements and Amenities at 300 South Riverside, which he completed while on the team at JLL.

Since joining Redmond, Lou has overseen 400,000 SF of tenant interior construction, including 60,000 SF at Help at Home. He is a dedicated mentor and leader on the Project Team. His portfolio includes the buildout of corporate interiors, tenant improvement, and landlord redevelopment projects along with a handful of hospitality work. As a member of the leadership staff, Lou is a trusted partner and dedicated mentor.
