Xiao spent the summer of 2023 interning on Redmond’s Project Team before returning to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completing her degree in architecture. After her graduation, Xiao joined the team full-time. Her attention to detail and willingness to learn make her a critical addition to our team.
