As a fearless leader of Redmond’s Project Team, Lou boasts nearly 25 years of experience in commercial construction and has managed well over 2 million SF of projects. He has a deep understanding of owner, property management, and tenant expectations and possesses the unique ability to find the best methods to complete exceptional construction projects. Lou has led the way on various tenant and landlord redevelopment projects for Redmond, including the building repositioning and interior buildout of Human Capital Research Corporation‘s new Chicago headquarters and the 60,000 SF buildout of Help at Home.
In addition to Lou’s impressive portfolio and proven experience, he also serves as a trusted leader and beloved mentor to our team. He brings an energetic spirit that always seems to brighten our days.
